Here is the official version of Uganda's Anti-Homosexuality Act 2023, otherwise known as THE KILL THE GAYS BILL - which passed the Ugandan parliament this week, March 21, 2023. President Museveni has 30 days to assent to the Bill or he may return it to parliament with comments. Ultimately the BILL can pass without the President's signature upon a 2.3rd majority vote - because it is a Private Member Bill.
