PRIDE IS NOT OUR BEACON WHEN IT REFLECTS HATE AND EXCLUSION

We are participating in PRIDES across the World, wherever we can in our home countries or countries of refuge as the case may be. However most celebrations in our criminalizing countries are held in secret and at great risk. We cannot have parades.

Many of us are in hiding.

Many of us are struggling to survive.

WORLD PRIDE: Most of us cannot get VISAS to celebrate PRIDE in Countries where we can be free to be who we are ad love who we love.

The United States would not give us VISAS to World Pride being held in DC.

Most of us could not afford the VISAS or airflights to attend WORLD PRIDE and so effectively we are excluded. Some of us who may have obtained VISAS or a way to reach the United States were to afraid to travel to borders where we risk getting detained for lengthy periods of time in overcrowded and unsafe conditions which we understand may include being deported to foreign countries that we do not know, such as El Salvador. In short we cannot trust the U.S. Government given its recent behavior. We also fear the level of hate against Jews, Muslims and LGBTQI+ people in the United States and are loathe to support a venue which is currently government by fascism. Many of us support the BOYCOTT of World Pride because it is not fully inclusive, and because we do not want to support the United States at a time when its Givernment is persecuting and discriminating against LGBTQI+ people.

SAN DIEGO PRIDE:

For African Human Rights Coalition the U.S. and global PRIDE Parades and Festivals have always been our beacon of hope. We look to you for our dreams of freedom - to come true. How can we continue to do that when you honor those who support the very movements that seek our extermination? Shame on San Diego Pride for inviting Kehlani who supports a Jihadists Agenda through the INTIFADA violence .... LGBTQI are a target .....

OUR COALITION HAS MANY MUSLIM LGBTQI+ REFUGEES FLEEING JIHADISTS + ISLAMISTS WHO WANT US KILLED.

WE ARE ENRAGED BY SAN DIEGO PRIDE HONORING KEHLANI WHO SUPPORTS THE AGENDA OF THOSE WHO WANT US KILLED!

PERHAPS THE SD PRIDE LEADERSHIP DOES NOT KNOW WHAT IT IS LIKE FOR THE MOST MARGINALIZED REFUGEES WHO HAVE TO FLEE HOME , WITH NOWHERE TO GO, AND NO U.S SUPPORT
