By Melanie Nathan, 2025 Up to July 2025. Please find A collection of HRAPF reports over the years since the First Anti-Homosexuality Act was legislated and voided in 2014 - up to and including the reflection on the repercussions of the Anti-Homosexuality Act of 2023, when it was legislated again, attested to and survived court challenges.

Also please note that at African Human Rights Coalition we receive reporting from Ugandan LGBTQI+ people, some of whom have reported to HRAPF and a large quantity of whom say they are too afraid to report to a local organization, despite believing in their good work. Hence we deduce that AHRC receives additional and unique reporting. It is our estimation that due to such fear, the re[porting to HRAPF, albeit it critical and robust significant, is a tip of the iceberg.
